Diego is the founder of Solimano Law and leads the firm’s litigation team.
Practicing primarily in the areas of Business, Construction and Real Estate Law, he advises clients on dispute resolution and debt recovery matters. Diego is highly experienced in the negotiation and settlement of claims, chambers applications, tribunal hearings, applications for judicial review, mediations and trials.
He regularly appears at all levels of court in British Columbia, and recognises that the best result for clients can often be obtained through a timely settlement. He handles sensitive client issues with empathy and respect.
Diego is fluent in Spanish, and he enjoys swimming, soccer and his beloved Vancouver Canucks.

Having owned, worked for, and consulted for a variety of companies, Tyler provides advice to businesses on operations and operating efficiency, management reorganisation, strategic change management, business development and marketing strategy, and resource and financial performance.
By using a real world, results focused approach to solving business problems, Tyler delivers his clients measurable outcomes that are in line with the financial and cultural goals of the shareholders.
Tyler enjoys hiking, backcountry snowboarding, mountain biking and motorcycles.
