Rose is an experienced paralegal with over 22 years of experience. She began her career as a Legal Administrative Assistant at the Department of Justice in 1996 and completed her Paralegal certificate in 2004. Rose has experience with all levels of court from Small Claims to the Supreme Court of Canada and has worked in a number of civil litigation practice areas.
In her Office Manager role Rose assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures, facilities management needs, manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the firm.
In her Paralegal role Rose advises, coordinates and assists with litigation support systems and technologies. She is most often involved in evidence management, electronic discovery and specialized databases. Rose also provides litigation support which includes preparing specialized court documents in all levels of court and managing trials, as well as legal research and drafting.
Rose is also the current President of the BC Paralegal Association (BCPA). In 2015 Rose was appointed by Chief Justice Bauman to the BC Access to Justice Committee for a six-year term.
