Amelia Boultbee is an associate with the firm’s litigation team. She practices in the areas of administrative law, professional liability, personal injury and dispute resolution.
Amelia takes a client-focused approach, and provides holistic advice with the aim to obtain a speedy and efficient resolution. She works closely with our affiliates in the areas of general corporate law, including securities, cryptocurrency, and technology. Together with our partner firms, we are able to provide a “big firm” feel for clients, with small firm attention.
Amelia was trained at a leading global firm and went on to serve as a judicial law clerk at the British Columbia Supreme Court. Her background in both small business and politics informs her approach to dispute resolution, and she takes pride in settling cases when appropriate. She has appeared at the British Columbia Supreme Court, Provincial Court, Small Claims Court, and various administrative tribunals.
Amelia graduated from the University of British Columbia’s Allard Hall law school in 2014, and graduated with distinction from UBC in 2010 with Bachelor of Arts (Political Science, International Relations). She is the recipient of various legal academic distinctions, including the Douglas Knowles Q.C. Fellowship in Insolvency law.
Amelia is conversant in Spanish and enjoys sailing and hiking, and is active in the women in business community in Vancouver.
